Succeeding in an intercultural work environment

ONLINE TRAINING

Build the needed skill set to manage conflict, to succeed in an intercultural work environment, and to understand how to make meaningful change. Online education is a collaboration with Smart Learning Academy. 

MY APPROACH

As an online trainer, I seek to create learning experiences that engage learners, build skills, and help transfer knowledge into application. In online training, I offer open courses for topics that are close to my heart and match my expertise.

In my role as online trainer, I provide:

  • Open courses on conflict management, values literacy, and intercultural competence
  • Lectures on specific topics in hybrid environments
  • Facilitate online meetings and presentation of content

  • Capacity building for people in leadership roles to improve effectiveness and performance
  • Provide online events that ensure effective, smooth, and interactive participation
  • Provide engaging and interactive lectures in online and hybrid learning events

  • Michaela and her team helped us to design and facilitated a 2 days online summer school for 200 people. Thanks to her experience in online learning, she created a unique, engaging and lively event for our participants. Not only did we receive very positive feedback about the way Michaela presented the content in an online environment.
