Thanks to Michaela`s facilitation of our team building we get to understand group dynamics on a theoretical and practical level. Thanks to her interventions we experienced the impact of potential discrimination and power dynamics within our team. She also supported our team to enhance trust and collaboration and to identify crucial steps in our work as the committee for Equal Opportunities at University of Vienna. Thanks to Michaela appreciative collaboration we received important impulses and a good amount of motivation and confidence to continue working in our goals to achieve equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.
