TEAM BUILDING/TEAM COACHING
Rethink on-the-job experiences and facilitate building of individual skills and collaborative competences to become a highly effective team.
Following the dynamics of forming, storming, norming, and performing, I facilitate a series of planned team activities to increase productivity, align team members around goals, and create a sense of belongingness as a team member.
As a facilitator in team building, my role is to:
- Help identify and navigate goals between sponsor and team members
- Identify and help solve team problems
- Support building effective working relationships

Thanks to Michaela`s facilitation of our team building we get to understand group dynamics on a theoretical and practical level. Thanks to her interventions we experienced the impact of potential discrimination and power dynamics within our team. She also supported our team to enhance trust and collaboration and to identify crucial steps in our work as the committee for Equal Opportunities at University of Vienna.
